BAE Systems is offering an exciting opportunity within the Life-Cycle Support Solutions Product Line as a Finance Manager supporting the sustainment of the electronic warfare system on the premier air-superiority fighter in the world, the F-22 Raptor.Responsibilities for this position include:

• Providing overall financial leadership and guidance for the F-22 Sustainment Programs within the newly-formed Lifecycle Support Solutions product line.
• It is expected that the selected candidate will provide support and input to Product Line and Business Area Leadership regarding all financial matters related to the business.
• This is a highly visible position with opportunities to interface with both internal and external customers.
• The expectation is that the chosen candidate not only have a strong business acumen but also has the ability to act as the deputy manager of the product line when necessary.This role will be supported in a hybrid format, with the individual splitting their time working at our Merrimack, NH facility and remotely.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
  • Bachelor's degree and 7 - 10 years of work experience or equivalent experience; alternatively, a master's degree and 5+ years of work experience
  • Demonstrated problem solving and in-depth analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
  • Demonstrated ability to communicate and present financial data to other functions in a timely, accurate, concise, and understandable manner
  • Strong interpersonal skills to influence diverse work teams
  • Ability to prioritize and self-manage a multi-tasked workload in a fast paced environment
  • Ability to make decisions with sound judgment while complying with policies and procedures
  • Understanding and knowledge of industry practices and standards as well as company policiesPursuant to a specific US Government contract, selected individual must be a US Citizen or Permanent ResidentPreferred Education, Experience, & Skills
    • 5-10 Years of Program Finance, Cost Accounting, and Pricing experience
    • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing
    • Sound understanding of data analytics and experience with implementing BI solutions to enable more effective, data-driven decisions
    • Utilize computer skills to prepare appropriate reports and documents
    • Analyze, evaluate, develop and implement processes and systems within budget and adhere to time requirements and schedulePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $113080 - $192280Please note: This range is based on our market pay structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors including, but not limited to: business considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience.
