Title: Program Manager

Adecco is assisting a local client in recruiting for a current Program Manager job in Norwalk, CT and Stamford, CT. As a Program Manager you will facilitate the company¿s efforts related to the development and execution of the CCAR readiness (regulatory term for financial institution capital planning processes required to support dividend payments). This role requires strong project management, analytical & data management (including regulatory materials) as well as strong executive communication skills. Responsibilities for this Program Manager job include:

-- Developing & rolling-out a single clear holistic framework for CCAR readiness:

-- Connecting the dots between all work streams (existing & prospective) across multiple functions and all businesses to create the single framework

-- Effectively communicating the strategic framework to all key stakeholders

-- Identifying and managing timely execution of the above work streams:

-- Communicating progress and roadblocks to various stakeholders, preparing updates to the board and risk committee¿s

-- Complete forms in accordance with company procedures

-- Review work done by others to check for correct spelling and grammar, ensure that company format policies are followed, and recommend revisions as needed

-- Compose, type, and distribute meeting notes, routine correspondence, and reports

Qualifications:

-- Candidate needs at least 5 years of experience in Financial Services

-- Candidate needs experience in Risk Management

-- Candidate needs experience in Project Management and Program Management

Pay for this position is $47.90/hr. plus overtime as needed. This is a 6 month contract opportunity.
