Helps train and coach reset team members. Ensures customer care and selling are #1 priority Understands the store layout, services and locations of merchandise. Tours area of responsibility and prioritizes jobs that need to be completed. Assists in identifying and resolving issues Effectively demonstrates 'Take the customer to the merchandise' policy and assists customers as needed Assists in training fellow team members in presentation and replenishment Understands financials for the business (sales, gross margin and waste). Displays strong skill sets in use of the RMU Ensures that layouts are set and labeled and unit integrity verified upon completion of layout Assists with Seasonal Apparel, Jewelry, Electronics and Toy resets Completes reset validation activities utilizing digital photo manager Executes Kmart Retail Services (KRS) reset projects Completes item swaps based on merchandising flows and follows up on merchandise flow bulletin issues Assists with 3rd party vendor resets Coordinates with Pricing team to insure efficiently and to minimize potential pricing errors One or two years of retail experience or equivalent Strong reading, writing, verbal, and arithmetic skills Able to lift and move merchandise, typically a minimum of 20lbs., but could be as much as 100lbs.
