As a Night Auditor, you will be responsible for ensuring the smooth operation of the hotel's overnight shiftOur Front Desk welcomes the weary traveler, provides local knowledge and recommendations, and a friendly face to those away from home.
Night Audit / Front Desk Responsibilities Include:

• Welcome and greet all guests and visitors in a friendly professional manner
• Operate the front desk and be familiar with all its functions
• Answer the phone in a friendly, professional, and helpful manner and direct calls
• Assist with guest check-in and check-out
• Process reservations and cancellations
• Respond to guest inquiries, requests and complaints in a professional and timely manner
• Close out the front desk functions and reporting for the day
• Handle cash and credit card transactions
• Balance and reconcile daily financial transactions
• Provide information about hotel services, amenities, and local attractions
• Assist with general hotel operations as needed
• Ensure the security and safety of the hotel and its guests during the night shift

    Must be able to be alert and friendly during entire shiftMust be able to stand for long periods of timeExcellent communication and customer service skills Proficient in cash handling and basic accounting Ability to work independently and prioritize tasks Strong problem-solving and analytical skills Availability to work overnight shifts, weekends, and holidaysMust be reliable and flexible to work overnight shifts
