Our well-established and growing financial firm is expanding and seeking to add an Associate Advisor to our Team! -This position will assist with new client onboarding, conduct review meetings with existing clients and work with and support our Advisors and continue to grow and enhance existing client relationships. -This position is based in person in our Wethersfield, CT office.

• Support the advisors with client inquiries and processing of new business
• Provide excellent client service to existing clients
• Manage and retain strong client relationships
• Assist in the onboarding of new clients
• Communicate the full range of the company's services and capabilities to clients
• Responsible for the upkeep of client data in various internal systems
• Attend evening educational workshops and introduce the main speaker or do the main presentation
  
  • College degree and 2 + years of financial services experience
  • Life and Health Licensed; Series 65 or Series 7 & 66
  • Strong organizational, prioritization, interpersonal & management skills
  • Strong mathematical and analytical skills
  • Excellent communications skills; both verbal and written
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced, evolving environment
