Job Description:
A company is looking for a Collections Representative I to
manage collection services on delinquent and bankrupt accounts.
Key Responsibilities
Contact customers regarding delinquent accounts and document all
collection activity
Receive and service inbound collection calls while reviewing loan
payment history
Conduct skip-tracing research and prepare necessary applications
for repossession and duplicate titles
Required Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent work experience
Two or more years of collections experience
High degree of professionalism and excellent customer service
skills
Intermediate PC skills and ability to work independently
Knowledge of financial institution's policies and procedures
