A company is looking for a Director of Middle Office Solutions
Group within Global Investment Operations.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage cross-functional programs, employing analytical
skills to implement innovative solutions
Evaluate and optimize data/process flows and technologies to
enhance middle office efficiency
Conduct requirements gathering, lead implementations, and serve as
a trusted advisor to business partners
Required Qualifications
Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and
relevant experience
10+ years of relevant work experience
Extensive knowledge of front, middle, and back-office operations
within asset management firms
Proven leadership experience in dynamic environments with a track
record of delivering strategic initiatives
Experience in transforming business processes to enhance
operational effectiveness and mitigate risk
