Job Description BAE Systems is looking for a Senior Principal
Process Engineer to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment
at their Merrimack, New Hampshire Advance Composite Manufacturing
facility. Working closely with multi-disciplinary teams and being
able to adapt to a changing production factory environment brings
with it an exciting opportunity to influence the successful
execution of production goals and achieving operational
excellence.In this role, the Senior Principal Process Engineer you
will make impacts in the following ways;
Providing leadership and direction
for the Conformal Antenna Engineering team ensuring manufacturing
support, process development, and continuous improvement for
antenna and radome manufacturing in the Advanced Composites
Manufacturing facility.Collaborate with program team members to
ensure objectives are monitored and achieved related to quality,
cost, and delivery. Support and mentor other engineers to ensure
effective use of hands-on problem solving, data analyses and
application of engineering, Six Sigma, and lean manufacturing
principles as part of the continuous improvement effort at the
facility. This includes effective implementation of FAI/PPV, FMEA,
and RCCA as required.Collaborate with IPT leaders to ensure
production needs are addressed, metrics are tracked and reported
effectively, and appropriate actions assigned and
completed.Required Education, Experience, & Skills
- BS in Mechanical, Chemical, Materials Engineering, or
equivalent
- 8+ Years Engineering/Manufacturing experience
- 3+ Years Technical Leadership experience
- Applicant must have at least an active Secret Security
Clearance at time of application submissionPreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Lean, Six Sigma, PPV FAI Principles
- Secret ClearancePay InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610
- $215270Please note: This range is based on our market pay
structures. However, individual salaries are determined by a
variety of factors including, but not limited to: business
considerations, local market conditions, and internal equity, as
well as candidate qualifications, such as skills, education, and
