Job Description:
A company is looking for a Senior Product Engineer (100% Global
Remote).
Key Responsibilities
Design and implement personalized onboarding flows to enhance user
experience
Develop and test user education components to improve time-to-value
for creators
Create and measure growth experiments to enhance conversion rates
throughout the user journey
Required Qualifications
Experience in product psychology with a focus on conversion funnels
and user journeys
Proficiency in frontend development, particularly with
TypeScript
Strong background in A/B testing and data-driven
experimentation
Understanding of user experience design, particularly in onboarding
processes
Empathy for the YouTube creator journey and ability to design
relevant onboarding experiences
