      About the Role The Company is seeking a Vice President of Engineering to lead the development, organization, and execution of New Product Development (NPD) within an Electro-Mechanical and Embedded System environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for driving the future growth of the division by translating market requirements into innovative products that deliver value to customers. This role involves providing hands-on leadership to cross-functional teams, leading multiple product development design teams, and managing NPD processes to ensure on-time product launches. The VP of Engineering will also be a key advisor on technical matters, build collaborative partnerships, and establish robust systems for resource planning and talent management.Candidates for the Vice President of Engineering position at the company must have a Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or Computer Science, with a minimum of 15 years of field experience, including at least 5 years in a leadership role. A technical background in Electro-Mechanical and Firmware/Embedded System development is essential, as is a proven track record in NPD within an Agile environment. The role requires the ability to effectively communicate and influence stakeholders, experience in global collaboration, and a strong focus on innovation and lean principles.
