Control, Communications, Computers, Intelligence, Surveillance, and
Reconnaissance (C4ISR) solutions, you'll help develop systems that
sense, control, exploit and disseminate actionable information to
warfighters supporting a variety of missions.This position will
support the Eclipse RF program area in C4ISR. The Eclipse RF group
operates out of the BAE facility in Dallas, Texas. Eclipse RF
specializes in designing and delivering dual use (commercial and
defense) open standards based embedded hardware. Our customers are
system integrators and we support programs both internal and
external to BAE Systems. The focus of this position will be mostly
on internal programs, therefore the successful applicant will work
either out of the Dallas or Hudson, NH offices. Some travel, up to
25%, is expected.Duties Include:
- Serve as the primary point of contact between program teams
operating across the BAE enterprise and the Eclipse program
area.
- Coordinate and manage the assigned project(s) to comply with
cost, schedule and technical requirements and established company
practices in order to meet project commitments
- Lead/coordinate input for proposals and participate in
subsequent contract negotiations.
- Interface with finance managers, contracts managers, PTL's,
CE's, OPM's, cost account managers, design and operations teams to
manage programs
- Review and monitor metrics on the projects and provide support
as required to the product area director
- Manage risks and opportunities
- Conduct bid reviews and phase reviews
- Coordinate training requirementsPlease note that pursuant to a
government contract, this specific position requires US citizenship
statusRequired Education, Experience, & Skills
- 8 years of development life cycle experience in DoD
programs
- Cost Account Experience
- Team Leadership Experience
- Experience interfacing and briefing customer and upper
management
- Eligible to obtain a Top Secret clearancePreferred Education,
Experience, & Skills
- Prior technical or program management experience in a
commercial/FAR Part 12 environment
- Working knowledge of RF specifications and embedded computing
standards
- OPM Contracts or finance lead experiencePay
InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $126610 - $215270Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
