Join Our accredited healthcare team as an experienced Nurse
Director Acute Care Services with a premier Critical Access
Hospital in northern Maine!This organization is dedicated to
delivering exceptional acute care services to a population of
approximately 14,000 individuals. We offer comprehensive inpatient
services, including cardiology, emergency medicine, orthopedics,
and wound care. In addition, our extensive range of outpatient
services caters to diverse health needs. These services encompass
laboratory procedures, physical therapy, occupational therapy, and
radiology. Reporting to the Chief Nursing Officer, the Nurse
Director Acute Care will manage all inpatient nursing services
while ensuring high-quality patient care. Responsibilities include
develop and implementing strategic policies, conducts staff
evaluations, oversees budgeting and resource allocation, upholds
infection control policies, and promotes an environment of
continuous improvement and clinical excellence.What's Needed to
