*Maximum Pay Rate:* $70/hr(Traveler Rate)

*Start Date: *04/14/2025

*Job Type*: Contract (13 Weeks with the possibility of extension)

*Position Summary*: Our Client is seeking a compassionate RN UM (Unit Manager) with the ability to remain calm under pressure. The RN UM (Unit Manager) Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance. To be successful as an RN UM you should be able to take direction and work well in stressful situations. A good RN UM has great observational skills and empathy for patients while remaining professional.

*Key Responsibilities:*
* Evaluating nurse and medical staff performance
* Maintaining and restoring the health of their patients
* Managing daily treatment schedules
* Enforcing health and safety regulations
* Solving staffing issues and shortages
* Evaluating and adjusting treatment plans based on patient condition
* Ensuring their unit meets federal, state and company guidelines
* Completing admission and discharge forms
* Delivering hands-on care and medication administration as needed
* Communicating procedural issues with the director of nursing and working to correct them
* Acting as a liaison between patients' families and healthcare staff
* Maintaining accurate accounting records
* Managing hospital equipment inventory

*Requirements:*

Active, unrestricted certification/licensure as RN.
BLS from AHA.
COVID card or Medical / Religious Exemption
Demonstrated ability to provide top-tier service and exceptional communication skills.

Job Types: Full-time, Contract

Pay: $60.00 - $70.00 per hour

Expected hours: 40 per week
