Position Summary:

• Guidance and oversight of 3+ campuses
  • Service delivery to 200 to 600 retail locations
  • -$150M in annual spend
  • Oversight of P&L for 3+ campuses
  • Provide guidance and oversight for multiple Distribution and Transportation locations in multiple states, with complex variations in product mix, regulatory compliance, staffing and associate culture.
  • Develop highly productive relationships with brand leaders ensuring achievement of shared goals.
  • Negotiate complex operational challenges to ensure financial targets are met in partnership with the brand.
  • Responsible for coordinating with VP of Regional Operations in the development of, and subsequent implementation of, a selling organization culture with a consumer-centric focus throughout the identified region.
  • Guide campus leaders in aligning best practices and standards in support of company and brand strategies and goals.
  • Support development of strategic vision and direction across the Regional network to achieve financial, productivity, efficiency, safety and service goals.
  • Partner to create and execute a robust associate experience strategy, focusing on staffing, associate engagement and associate development.
  • Meet or exceed metrics and KPI's established to monitor and measure success and progress of the assigned region in driving the selling organization.
  • Develop and manage short- and long-term capital planning in excess of $20M in regional allotment.

    Experience:
    
    
    • Bachelor's Degree in related field or equivalent combination of education and related work experience. Master of Business Administration Degree (MBA) preferred.
