The RN Case Manager is responsible for managing a defined caseload of patients providing direct patient care and comprehensive nursing services to individuals in the community. Open positions include Full Time, Part Time, and Per Diem. Pay: $36-$40/hour Hours: Monday-Friday 8:30am-5pm (Flexible days if desired!)   • Valid Nursing License in the State of New Hampshire
  • Nursing experience required
  • Current CPR Certification required (We offer monthly renewal classes paid for by Interim HealthCare)
