  • Ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care in accordance with regulatory standards and best practices.\n
  • Monitor clinical outcomes, quality of care, and ensure continuous improvement initiatives to enhance resident health and satisfaction.\n
  • Oversee medication management, treatment planning, and ensure adherence to infection control protocols.\n
  • Ensure appropriate care levels are provided to meet the physical, emotional, and social needs of residents.\n
  • Manage and maintain accurate clinical documentation, ensuring compliance with federal and state guidelines.\n
  • Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations regarding patient safety, reporting of incidents, and adherence to healthcare standards.\n
  • Foster a culture of teamwork, accountability, and collaboration among staff to ensure high standards of care are met.\n
  • Serve as a liaison between the nursing team, administration, and external regulatory bodies.\n

    • Education: Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) required; Master's Degree in Nursing (MSN) preferred.\n
