  • Job Details
  • This facility will not consider any "local" traveler - who resides within 50 miles of facility.
  • RTO after acceptance may not be accommodated by Facility.
  • 5 days or less of RTO is encouraged.
  • EMR: McKesson
  • Patient ratios can vary but typically 12-15 patients per shift.
  • Patient population: Adolescent-Geriatric
  • This need is located at Jaffrey Physical Therapy Clinic.
  • Provides patient/resident therapy evaluations and/or treatments according to established policies and procedures for pediatric to geriatric patients.
  • Outpatient setting with ortho, neuro, and general medical patient caseload.
  • This position will cover shifts in outpatient Physical Therapy.
    • Job Requirements
    • Minimum 2 years CURRENT PT experience - Required - NO NEW GRADS
    • Outpatient experience - Required
    • Inpatient experience - Preferred
    • License/Certifications (NH license (or compact), BLS - Facility will not pend license/certs)
