Apply now to see what it means to us and what its like to work somewhere your voice is heard, your wellness is a priority, and your success matters.JOB TITLE: Outpatient TherapistEMPLOYMENT TYPE: Full-time, 40 hours/wkSCHEDULED HOURS: Monday-Friday, 1 evening/week.PROGRAM/LOCATION: Adult Outpatient Program, Enfield, CTPC#: 1918ABOUT THE PROGRAM: ADULT OUTPATIENT PROGRAMThe Adult Outpatient Services program (AOP) assists adult clients who are recovering from traumatic incidents, substance use, or are looking to manage a chronic mental health disorder through psychiatric & substance abuse diagnostic evaluation and treatment. AOP has a tier-based productivity incentive program, with the vast majority of staff consistently exceeding productivity expectations and obtaining a bonus. Typical days varies as there is the possibility to work with clients individually, in a group setting, or IOP. There is regular weekly supervision provided to all non-licensed staff and biweekly supervision for licensed staff. Nonetheless, supervisors are always available whenever you are working to answer questions and offer clinical assistance when needed.POSITION HIGHLIGHTS:HRSA/NHSC Eligible location! (subject to change)All staff are required to work one evening a week (until 8PM) and attend one morning staff meeting a week.Perfect opportunity to hone and diversify clinical skills.Opportunity for productivity bonuses!Challenge skills with dynamic work days.Strongly supported team environmentDUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:Provide evidence-based group, individual, family, and intensive outpatient therapy.Perform clinical and risk assessments and make referrals for appropriate services and levels of care.Documents client services and relevant activity in electronic health record and performs assigned administrative tasks. Participate in assigned meetings including individual supervision, staff and team meetings, and required trainings.Collaborates with clients healthcare providers, social service agencies, and natural supports.Maintains documentation in compliance with agency and program standards.Participates in staff meetings, supervision, trainings and other meetings as assigned.Additional duties as required.QUALIFICATIONS:Education: License required with Masters or Doctorate Degree in behavioral health field.Experience: Comprehensive knowledge and experience providing assessment and treatment to persons with mental illness and/or substance use disorders. Relevant experience with evidence-based practice is preferred.Licensure/Certification/Registration: LCSW or other license to practice psychotherapy in State of CT required. All MSW staff must possess an LMSW or LCSW.Training: Demonstrated education, supervised training, and practical experience providing the full spectrum of behavioral health treatment, including clinicalWhy Join CHR?
