processing.About the Role:Ready to make a difference? BAE Systems
is looking for Integration and Test Lead to work as part of a
cross-functional, multi-disciplinary team to design, integrate,
debug, and test novel RF systems. Focused on delivering innovative
solutions, individual technical contributions on a range of
Programs will include test planning activities, system integration
& test, qualification testing, and test execution in a field
deployment environment. Responsibilities may include:
Provide technical oversight to
integration & test (I&T) efforts to ensure that the overall
I&T program will adequately confirm to expectationsLeading a
small, medium or large team of engineers on RF related
programsCreating system test plans, procedures, and reportsLeading
product integration and verificationSupports proposal development
activities, including proposal text development, cost and schedule
estimating, and presentation activities.Support program technical
execution and ensure a proper amount of engineering rigor is
appliedDevelop test and verification strategies that help minimize
program cost and technical riskDefine test and verification
methods, events, and constraints for all requirements; develop and
manage the overall Program Test Plan.Design test and validation
approaches to ensure the system fulfills its operational objectives
and stake-holder requirements in its intended operational
setting.Work with customer and program leadership to coordinate,
schedule, and ensure readiness to perform test eventsLead by
example and be willing to mentor, coach, train, guide, direct and

Bachelor's Degree of Science (or
equivalent experience in a relevant field) with a minimum work
experience of:8+ Years with BS6+ Years with MS4+ Year with PHDHold
an Active or Current TOP SECRET collateral clearancePreferred

skills and experience directing and mentoring engineers on complex
RF programsExpert in effectively documenting, communicating,
leading and working with a team on designs, results, reports, and
presentations.Experience performing systems engineering activities
such as system modeling & simulation, system design & development,
system integration & test)Experience developing viable concept
solutions, identifying and tracking technical risks, and leading
technical teamsAbility to travel and work at remote sites in
support of test events, meetings and training activitiesHave active
or current U.S. TS/SCI security clearanceExperience or knowledge in
the following areas is a plus

languagesDigital Communication waveforms of Digital Signal
Processing (DSP)test equipment including RF sources, pulse
generators, spectrum analyzers, oscilloscopes, vector network

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $130355 - $221603Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
