Impact Mental Health has full-time opening for Connecticut based APRN Clinical Lead. The Clinical Lead would be supported by our team of APRNs, LCSWs, psychologists, and MDs. While providing a strong team atmosphere, Impact allows its providers to practice with autonomy and independence. Impact services multiple nursing facilities throughout the state and is growing! We provide a full-benefit package with a competitive salary and room to grow. Providers are allowed to create a schedule that works best for them and their assigned buildings within typical business hours, 8am - 5pm.Job Responsibilities:Provide support and clinical consultation to Psychiatric Nurse PractitionersProvide training and education to onboard Psychiatric Nurse PractitionersAssist with maintaining compliance with SNF regulations related to psychiatric providersProvide support with clinical oversightProvide person-centered care using best practicesWork within a team of social workers, therapists, nurses, and physicians to coordinate care within Impact and the skilled nursing facilityCollaborate with medical and psych team as neededSubmit required documentation within 24 hours of encounterProvide assessment, diagnostic, and treatment services as neededExperience:Experience in skilled nursing facilities, hospitals, residential care, geriatric care, and psychiatric outpatient preferredQualifications:Family, Geriatric, or Psychiatric Nurse Practitioner with active license in Connecticut2+ years clinical experience.
