About the Opportunity:We are looking for a Family Medicine Physician to join our established FQHC in Maine. We are committed to delivering high-quality, comprehensive, and accessible health services. • We follow the Patient-Centered Medical Home model, ensuring holistic and patient-centric care
• Team consists of 6 primary care providers (1 MD), 1 psychiatrist, 4 PMHNPs, LCSWs, RNs, MAs, chiropractors, pharmacists
  • Our team of 22 medical assistants, 10 patient services reps (PSR), and 3 registered nurses ensure a provider-to-support ratio of 1:1
  • Services provided include Care Management, Primary Care, Mental Health, Pharmacy, Recovery, Women s Health, and in-house labs Schedule:
    • Monday to Friday
    • No holidays, nights, or weekends
    • 34 patient contact hours; 6 admin hours per week
    • Call duty: 1 week per year, shared among all group FM providers Compensation & Benefits:
      • $200,000-$250,000 annual base compensation
        • $500/week call compensation; plus an additional $100/day for designated holidays
        • Full Benefits. Medical, Dental, Vision and retirement plan.
        • Up to $10,000 in relocation assistance
        • Student loan forgiveness of up to $20,000 per year through PCHC
        • 40 hours of CME and an allowance of up to $3,500
