This Pharmacy Operations Manager will be responsible for managing and optimizing daily pharmacy operations, including medication dispensing, inventory management, and customer service. You will implement and enforce standard operating procedures (SOPs) to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and maintain the highest standards of medication safety and accuracy. Along with the Director of Pharmacy you will lead, mentor, and develop a team of pharmacists, technicians, and support staff. Conduct performance evaluations and foster a culture of continuous improvement. This role is also responsible for overseeing inventory procurement, storage, and distribution to ensure adequate stock levels, minimize waste, and optimize reordering processes. To thrive in this role, you must have a Bachelor s degree in Pharmacy or a related field, with a PharmD preferred.
