- Salary $93,000 - $100,000 commensurate with experience, region,
and qualifications

ResponsibilitiesAs Associate Clinical Director, you will:
- Oversee all clinical and administrative operations within your
region, ensuring high-quality service delivery
- Drive regional excellence by meeting client satisfaction,
retention, and financial goals
- Collaborate with senior leaders to develop regional business
strategies and foster growth
- Lead and support a team of supervisors, promoting a positive,
collaborative culture
- Utilize data to guide clinical quality initiatives and optimize
outcomes
- Maintain regulatory and licensure compliance across all
locationsQualifications
- Active BCBA Certification required
- Active LBA Certification as issued by the Connecticut State
Department of Public Health required
- At least 3-5 years of demonstrated clinical and operations
management experience
- Master's Degree or higher in Applied Behavior Analysis,
