Geriatrician Position Summary:

• Introducing an excellent opportunity to join a highly respected, innovative and supportive, multi-disciplinary geriatrics team serving our patients in the Bloomfield, Connecticut area.
• You will join a well-established and comprehensive, state-wide Geriatric service, providing 100% team-based Outpatient Geriatric care. Role: 100% geriatric outpatient primary care and consultative services
  Location:Bloomfield, CT (Seabury) and a nearby Session space
  Schedule:Full-time, weekdays only (part-time and flexible schedule options available)
  Teaching:Optional with faculty appointment
  Phone Call: Infrequent phone call for work/life balance
  Comp range:$240,000+ and incentives
  • You will be joining and established team of 20+ Geriatric providers who provide care for our valued geriatric patient population
