today!OVERVIEW:OVERVIEW:The Customer Service Specialist is
responsible for providing excellent customer experiences by
creating an exceptional shopping experience for our customers
through their eagerness to help, in-depth product knowledge, high
brand and execution standards, and efficient execution of Front-End
operations.
- Greet everyone (teammates and customers) and proactively
approach customers to understand their needs and support their
shopping experience.
- Serve as primary customer service provider at the front end and
liaison between customers and management.
- Provide register coverage as needed and ensure strong customer
service standards are met by supporting cashiers through complex
transactions.
- Assist manager with department scheduling, directing workflow,
daily associate assignments, and monitoring department presentation
standards; monitor Front End associates to ensure they are meeting
performance expectations.
- Uphold company merchandising and presentation standards by
following established floor sets, signage requirements, price
changes, inventory presentation and replenishment standards,
etc.
- Promote and provide training to new and current teammates on
company programs (i.e., customer loyalty program participation,
warranty sales, private label credit card enrollment, etc.).
- Adhere to established policies and procedures related to
safety, loss prevention and standard operating procedures.
Maintains confidentiality of all Company information.
- Create an inclusive store environment where everyone (teammates
and customers) feels welcome, safe, and is treated with
respect.
- Take an all-hands-on-deck approach to support the team across
the store.
- Perform other tasks as assigned by management.TEAMMATE

- Action-OrientedQUALIFICATIONS:
- Prior retail sales, cashier, or customer-focused experience
preferred.
- Ability to stand, bend, stoop, reach, push, pull and lift 15 to
35 lbs. items occasionally (up to 5 times per hour).
- Ability to work extended periods of time (up to 4 hours)
standing or walking.
- Ability to perform repetitive motions for short periods of time
(up to 2 hours continuously).Based on the location of the House of
Sport, you may be required to submit relevant state mandated
clearances to supervise minors.
