Job Summary: Assist Team Leader in daily operations, including profitability and regulatory compliance. Lead and develop team members. Provide courteous service to customers and team members. Maintain store layout and product merchandising. Achieve sales and labor targets. Analyze sales and labor reports. Develop product knowledge and awareness of new products. Maintain good vendor relationships. Foster a positive team environment. Select, train, and motivate team members. Consistently communicate and model WFM vision and goals.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain creative store layout and product merchandising.
• Work with Team Leader to achieve sales and labor targets.
• Assist Team Leader in analysis of sales and labor.
• Maintain good vendor relationships and awareness of new products.
• Foster a positive team environment and high-performance team.
• Select, train, and motivate team members.
• Consistently communicate and model WFM vision and goals.Essential Skills:

    • 18+ months retail Team Member experience and 6+ months of supervisory experience.
    • Able to lift 50 pounds.
    • Standing/walking 6-8 hours in an 8-hour work day.
    • Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays as needed.
