We are seeking a talented Retail Store Leadership Team Member to join our team at Hobby Lobby Stores, Inc. As a Retail Store Leadership Team Member, you will be an integral part of providing operational leadership within your assigned location.Key Responsibilities:

• Lead and mentor new and existing team members to ensure their success
• Develop and maintain high levels of presentation throughout your assigned area
• Work collaboratively with the Store Manager to provide operational leadershipRequirements:
  • Previous retail management experience
  • An entrepreneurial spirit and ability to make sound decisions in a fast-paced environment
