We are looking for a Customer Service Representative to join our

The Customer Service Representative will work at our plant located

The Day-to-day
* Greet and assist customers via phone, email, or in person,
providing accurate information about our products and services;
* Serve as the main point of contact for walk-in customers in our
retail establishment;
* Enter and process orders for new products or additional products
into our ERP system;
* Use your knowledge of products and services to respond to
customer inquiries or direct them to the appropriate staff
member;
* Ensure that appropriate actions are taken to resolve customer
issues and concerns, ensuring that resolutions are properly
recorded;
* Maintain customer accounts and interaction records, including
details of inquiries, complaints, and feedback;
* Perform any other related tasks associated with this
position.
The skills we are looking for
* Customer service experience (an asset);
* Proficiency in enterprise software and related programs such as
MS Office (Excel, Word, Outlook);
* Excellent communication skills, including active listening;
* Service-oriented with the ability to effectively resolve
issues;
* Ability to quickly learn and understand our products and their
applications;
* Strong organizational skills and attention to detail;
* Ability to maintain confidential, accurate, and well-organized
records.
