A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities
Source, screen, and assess candidates for various roles in the
Financial Services and tech industries
Manage the full-cycle recruitment process from job posting to offer
negotiation
Coordinate interviews and maintain communication with candidates
and hiring managers
Required Qualifications
Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in financial services
or tech industries
Strong knowledge of recruitment tools such as Lever and LinkedIn
Recruiter
Familiarity with SaaS-related roles, both technical and
non-technical
Background in diversity and inclusion hiring strategies
Recruitment experience in the United Kingdom is a plus
