Job Description:
A company is looking for a Part-Time Recruiter.
Key Responsibilities:
Collaborate with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and
role requirements
Source candidates through various channels, including job boards
and social media
Screen resumes and conduct initial interviews to assess candidate
fit
Required Qualifications:
Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS) BreezyHR and
recruiting tools
Proven experience as a recruiter, HR coordinator, or in a similar
talent acquisition role is a plus
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field
(preferred)
Strong organizational and time-management abilities
Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks
