Job Description:
The Customer Solutions Agent (CSA) provides friendly and
high quality service to StubHub’s customers. StubHub’s mission is
to offer fans a guaranteed, fully supported, open ticket resale
market that is the preferred secondary ticket marketplace for
buyers and sellers. In order to accomplish that mission StubHub
Customer Service must contribute to its accomplishment by working
as a team to build and maintain a loyal customer base by being the
best at systematically handling transactions and resolving customer
issues in a friendly, efficient and secure manner. The CSA will
understand their role in providing in providing first call
resolution, or determining the appropriate triage route.
Job Responsibilities:
• Support customers in navigating the company website and creating
accounts.
• Exceed call center metrics on a daily basis: QA, ASA, CSAT,
NPS.
• Research orders and accurately update information in computer
systems.
• Effectively uses all available technology tools and resources to
resolve customer inquiries.
• Develop and maintain knowledge of StubHub corporate organizations
and their functions in order to direct customers to the appropriate
department(s) or work group(s).
• Develop and maintain a general knowledge of StubHub’s products
and services.
• Create relationships with customers based on a love of sports &
music.
• Provide exceptional levels of service to every customer via phone
and email.
• Demonstrate excellent oral and written communication skills
• Adherence to StubHub’s attendance guidelines.
• Personal and professional conduct that is consist with StubHub’s
culture.
• Maintain professional relationships with coworkers at all
times.
*****Fluent in Spanish is preferred but not required******
Basic Qualifications:
• Love for live entertainment. Sport, Music and Theatre
• 1-2 years Customer Service experience required
• 2+Yrs Previous inside sales experience preferred
• Excellent oral and written communication skills
• Excellent communication skills
• Proficient in Microsoft programs
• General education or equivalent
