Job Description

Should have minimum IT exp of 7+ years to 10+ years.
Must have played a Scrum master role for at least 3 years of running Scrum teams
Experience in conducting Scrum ceremonies like, Sprint Backlog planning, DSM, Retrospective, Sprint Review etc.
Must have worked on tools like Jira , Confluence.
Able to coach and mentor teams, manage risks, and monitor progress
Good communication, leadership and negotiation Skills
Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Should be able to create reports like Sprint velocity and other metrics for senior management
Act as a liaison between multiple departments in an organization, communicating with other management, developers, product managers, and technical leads, support specialists on issues.
