This position is responsible for applying technical knowledge of
Microsoft SQL Server, system architecture and tables, and business
intelligence (BI)/data visualization tools (e.g. Spotfire,
PowerBI), and analyzing/managing large amounts of data to support
client analytics and reporting. Provides business and technical
guidance to technical teams to drive client-facing deliverables.
Acts as business lead on client reporting platform project(s),
which includes strategy development, change management, and
providing subject matter expertise to technical teams. Manages
offshore team through data quality management project. II.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities
To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to
perform each essential duty satisfactorily. Other minor duties may
be assigned. This role is a crucial bridge between the technical
team and the overall project goals, ensuring that solutions are
handled effectively and efficiently
- Drives vision and strategy for client reporting platform
roadmap items and works with technical team to prioritize according
to customer/stakeholder needs
- Act as a product evangelist, representing the product and
develop solutions for internal and external customer reporting
needs
- Create and deliver compelling product presentations and
demonstrations to stakeholders and customers
- Problem-Solving and Decision-Making
- Analyzing complex technical issues and find effective
solutions. Provide business guidance (SME) to technical team to
drive resolution of product defects/enhancements
- Making critical technical decisions that are scalable.
- Identifying and mitigating technical risks.
- Communication and Stakeholder Engagement
- Develop and execute a comprehensive communication strategy to
drive product adoption and engagement.
- Clearly communicate product vision, roadmap, and updates to
internal and external stakeholders, including engineering, sales,
and customers."
- Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to ensure
alignment on product goals.
- Provide regular updates on product performance and user
feedback to senior management.
- Provides management reporting to business leaders on recurring
and as-needed basis
- Lead change management efforts and drive internal and external
adoption of reporting platform
- Actively solicit and analyze user feedback through surveys,
interviews, and usability testing, and translate insights into
actionable product improvements.
- Manage development and maintenance of product documentation,
including user guides, FAQs, and release notes.
- Monitor and evaluate the effectiveness of change management
initiatives
- Works with Learning & Development teams to prepare and conduct
training sessions on existing and new users of the reporting
platform
- Act as second-level support for user questions and issues
related to reporting platform III. Supervisory Responsibilities
- This job may have direct reports.
- Assigns activities to other employees and may also train on
technical activities related to the work assignments. IV.
Qualifications
The requirements listed below are representative of the
qualifications necessary to perform the job.
A. Education and Experience
- Education: Master's Degree (accredited) in Business,
Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related field of
study, or in lieu of degree, Bachelor's Degree (accredited) in
Business, Information Technology, Finance, Analytics or related
field of study and two (2) years of relevant experience.
- Experience: Five (5) years experience in business/data
analysis, project management, technical experience working with
data (SQL), and technical experience with Business Intelligence
tools (in addition to education requirement). B. Certificates,

- Normal setting for this job is: office setting. The expected
base pay range for this position across the U.S. is $92,000-
$118,000. This range represents a good faith estimate for this
position. The specific salary offered to a successful candidate may
be influenced by a variety of factors including the candidate's
relevant experience, education, training, certifications,
qualifications, and work location. In addition, this position is
eligible for bonus. Benefits
