NORWALK HIGH SCHOOL

POSITION SUMMARY:

• Support students with the required Capstone project for graduation.
• Work closely with senior students and their counselor to verify the Capstone requirements are met.
• Assist students to Utilize the Skills 21 Software.
• Inform administrators of the status of Capstone projects.
• Other responsibilities as assigned.
  KNOWLEDGE/SKILLS:
  • Ability to communicate effectively, both orally and in writing
  • Effective, active listening skills
  • Ability to work effectively with others
  • Organizational and problem-solving skills
    QUALIFICATIONS:
    • High school diploma
    • Experience working with children
    • Bilingual in Spanish is an asset
    • Knowledgeable about computer programs

      Days: Monday - Friday (Schedule assigned by Principal)
      Schedule: 10 month assignment
      Hours: 19.5 hours/week
      Salary: $22,000.00/year
