In this role, you will be responsible for designing and implementing end-to-end IoT solutions that integrate hardware, software, data collection, and system operations. You will collaborate with partners and business leaders to develop solutions that align with business needs, oversee large-scale deployments, and ensure the reliability and performance of IoT implementations.What You Will Do

• Design and Architect IoT Solutions: Develop scalable, secure, and efficient IoT architectures, integrating edge devices, cloud services, and connectivity solutions geared towards Managed Service Providers (MSPs).
• Implementation and Deployment: Oversee the execution of IoT solutions, ensuring seamless integration with existing infrastructure and effective data collection and management.
• Performance Monitoring & Issue Resolution: Proactively manage IoT deployments, troubleshoot technical issues, and optimize system performance.
• Collaboration with Stakeholders: Work closely with internal and external teams, including engineers, data scientists, business leaders, and partners, to translate business needs into technical solutions.
• Security & Compliance: Implement security best practices to safeguard IoT systems and data integrity while ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
• Technology Evaluation: Stay up to date with emerging IoT trends and technologies to enhance solution offerings and maintain a competitive edge.Who You Are and What You Bring
  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or related field.
  • 8-9 years of experience in designing and implementing large-scale IoT solutions.
  • Solid understanding of networking and communication protocols (5G, LTE, TCP/IP, VPN, SD-WAN, SASE, Wi-Fi).
  • Strong knowledge of IoT protocols (MQTT, CoAP, HTTPS).
  • Hands-on experience with cloud platforms (AWS or equivalent) and edge computing.
  • Proficiency in automation and scripting using Python, Bash, or similar languages.
  • Problem-Solving & Analytical Thinking: Ability to diagnose issues, optimize performance, and enhance IoT solution efficiency.
  • Project Management & Leadership: Experience leading IoT solution deployments and coordinating cross-functional teams.
  • Security & Compliance Awareness: Knowledge of IoT security best practices and regulatory requirements.

Pay ranges are determined by role, job level and primary job location.
