Engineering Capability Group (MBE CG) is seeking an experienced
Model Based Systems Engineering (MBSE) professional versed in the
philosophy and practice of MBSE. The MBE CG is responsible for
promulgating Agile-MBSE practices, MBSE training, technically
assisting all ES Sector programs in their MBSE model development
and the proper application of MBSE processes and techniques to
programs. BAE Systems is transitioning towards a Digital Enterprise
(DE) where virtual and Cloud based networks and services are
replacing traditional desktop applications and the MBE CG is
playing a key role.As a MBSE subject matter expert (SME), this
individual must have strong knowledge MBSE processes, practices,
tools and related modeling languages and frameworks (e.g. SysML,
UML, UAF, etc.) and understand how to build and apply models to
solve complex technical problems. The candidate must also have the
technical MBSE skills necessary to be capable of singularly and
successfully guiding a program in their total MBSE development
activities. It is expected that this individual will work daily
with the project design and development teams as well the project
management team. Internal to the MBE CG group itself, this
individual is expected to be a major contributor to the development
of MBSE training materials and company MBSE best process and
