Job Description:
A company is looking for an Engagement Lodging Specialist to
support corporate travel and lodging logistics.
Key Responsibilities
Coordinate lodging rates and manage the RFP process for extended
stay program requirements
Collaborate with suppliers to secure competitive rates and manage
vendor relationships
Maintain lodging requests and compliance with company policies
while ensuring effective communication with internal teams and
clients
Required Qualifications
5+ years of corporate travel and customer service experience,
preferably with large enterprise clients
Strong negotiation and vendor management skills
Proficiency in Amadeus GDS and Cvent (Lanyon)
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Proficiency in Microsoft Office or Google Suite for document
creation and reporting
