A company is looking for a CPC Processor Customer Support.
Key Responsibilities
Process medical record requests by handling calls from patients,
insurance companies, and attorneys to provide medical record
status
Document information across multiple platforms using two computer
monitors
Work in a high-volume production environment, adhering to a
full-time schedule
Required Qualifications
Comfortable working in a remote call center environment
Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Word and Excel
Ability to work overtime when necessary
High school diploma or equivalent
