The Estimator is responsible for the full boat of Estimating. Experience with Plan-swift, gathering bids and providing a good spread of numbers, completing takeoffs.Client DetailsOur client has been in business for 40+ years and they have multiple offices in Maine. They are currently completing over $100M in revenue a year working across a diverse portfolio of projects.DescriptionThe Estimator - Commercial Construction will be responsible for

• Takeoffs
• Putting together bid-packages
• Compiling a range of numbers for the project
• Work with the Chief Estimator on a daily basis
• Utilizing OST and Planswift for documentationProfileThe successful Estimator - Commercial Construction has the following skills
  • A diverse portfolio of construction experience
  • OST and Planswift experience is a plus
  • 10+ Years of Estimating experience
