YOUR ROLE

  • Participates on technical teams that develop and assess new adhesive and sealant products.
  • Works in a safe manner; following PPE, safety rules/guidelines and laboratory 5S best practices.
  • Understands and follows Standard Test Methods; calculating material properties accurately. When proficient can explain a method and train others.
  • Strong mathematical skills.
  • Reporting of laboratory results and methods according to ISO17025 format; results, reports and observations will be communicated to internal/external customers; using Word, Excel, Minitab.
  • Works in an ISO17025 accredited laboratory, following notebook and quality best practices.
  • Communicates laboratory capabilities, constraints, and experimental results in a clear and consistent manner on a cross functional team.
  • Manages a variety of projects providing data and technical reports to internal and external customers in a timely fashion.
  • Delivers high quality, consistent results.
  • Can apply statistical analysis.

    YOUR SKILLS

    • Minimum H.S. Diploma / Technical Training Certificate, Associate's Degree, BS within a technical field in process.
    • BS in Chemistry/Physics or equivalent desirable.
    • Competence in laboratory experimental testing, report writing.
    • Time Management skills.
    • Comfortable working and communicating on teams.
    • Technical/mechanical aptitude.
    • Able to plan and execute work with training and supervision and be able to handle multiple priorities.
    • Able to operate/move/manipulate equipment.
      The salary for this role is $55,000.00- $65,000.00 This is the range that we in good faith anticipate relying on when setting wages for this position. We may ultimately pay more or less than the posted range and this range. This salary range may also be modified in the future.
