Technicians work in an outside warehouse environment, handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials.

  Technicians work in an outside warehouse environment, handling hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials. Key responsibilities include:
  
  • 
    
  • Loading and unloading drums, totes, and containers of hazardous and non-hazardous waste materials from trucks.
    
  • Sampling contents of drums, totes, and containers.
    
  • Consolidating drum contents into larger containers for processing.
    
  • Operating a forklift under company safety standards.
    
    
    Preferred qualifications include:
    
    • 
      
    • Ability to use heavy and light equipment, such as forklift, and pallet-jack.
      
    • Skilled using hand and shop tools, and instruments.
      
    • Demonstrates accuracy, thoroughness and attention to detail.
      
    • Must be able to prioritize, stay focused and handle multiple, diverse responsibilities.
      
      
      Minimum qualifications include:
      
      • 
        
      • Current 40-hour HAZWOPER Training or ability to pass course upon hire.
