Grow.***Multiple Part-Time (fixed-shift, up to 29 hours/wk) Openings Available in Glastonbury & Farmington, CT***CCSN Behavioral Health is looking for individuals excited to work with children on the Autism Spectrum as a Center-Based Behavior Technician! In this role you will receive training to work directly with children and adolescents ages 18 months - 22 years implementing ABA-based treatment supports.Behavior Technicians receive ongoing supervision and training support from licensed behavior analysts through individual and weekly group supervision.The CCSN Behavioral Health ABA Clinic is based in Glastonbury, CT and Farmington, CT and utilizes a center- and community-based model to deliver empirically supported ABA services to children with autism and related neurodevelopmental disorders.CCSN Behavioral Health offers Behavior Technicians paid training, support in completing their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) credential, and field work hours towards BACB credentialing.This position offers paid training for staff that do not have their Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) to complete the course sequence. Upon completion of the RBT course work and passing the certification exam, staff will receive a wage increase.Primary responsibilities will include:

• Implementation of ABA-based programming (e.g., direct instruction, daily living skills support, functional communication protocols),
• Modeling to support family training
• Data collection, graphing, and progress note reporting.
• Comfortable using computer and application-based technology for data collection, entry, graphing, and note taking during sessions.Ideal applicants should have a minimum of a Bachelors degree in Behavior Analysis, Psychology, Special Education, or a related field, and have 1-year of experience working with individuals with autism spectrum disorders and/or other developmental disabilities in educational, community, or home settings.The position is a part-time position, up to 29 hours/week. CCSN is hiring staff for fixed shifts during the week, with morning shifts starting at 7:45am and afternoon shifts starting at 11:45am, 3:00pm and Saturdays 8:15-2:30pm.Applicants must be available to work 3 shifts per week.Candidates that are bi-lingual in Spanish are strongly encouraged to apply.CCSN Behavioral Health is an equal opportunity employer.
