roles available for an experienced and highly motivated Mechanical
Engineer to join our Transition to Production and Product Support
team for one of our product families. In this role, you will have a
chance to grow your skills working under subject matter experts as
you support the continued production of one of our advanced product
lines. You will have the opportunity to work closely with a great
team to support cutting-edge hardware fielded on the most advanced
Military Platforms. Activities day to day will vary and may
include:
Working on the Mechanical Engineering
team to support various products in the product linePerform
mechanical engineering duties such as drawing reviews, tolerance
analyses, and other mechanical analysis under the supervision of
Mechanical leads and SMEs.Generate Change Orders (Cos) to resolve
production design issues.Supporting product yield and affordability
improvement initiatives.Supporting transition to production of new
productsSupport Working in partnership with a cross functional team
to ensure on time deliveries of quality products to support the War

Education, Experience, & Skills
Mechanical Engineering degree and 2+
years' experience Experience with 3D Modeling, CREO Parametric a
plusAbility to research and apply mechanical engineering principles
and theories to solve mechanical engineering problemsAbility to
support products from their transition to production through
sustainmentAbility to multi-task and utilize resources on your team
to solve issues in a dynamic environmentMotivated self-starter with
leadership potential and ability to effectively work in a team
environmentExcellent problem solving skills, judgment, and
analytical capabilityAbility to close on discrete tasking in a
timely manner - Own the DesignStrong technical writing and verbal
communication skills.Preferred Education, Experience, & Skills
Active Secret Clearance HIGHLY
PREFERRED1+ years' experience working in a manufacturing
environmentExperience with Finite Element Analysis (FEA)Experience

InformationFull-Time Salary Range: $75570 - $128480Please note:
This range is based on our market pay structures. However,
individual salaries are determined by a variety of factors
including, but not limited to: business considerations, local
market conditions, and internal equity, as well as candidate
qualifications, such as skills, education, and experience. Employee
