Job Description: Enterprise Cybersecurity (ECS) is seeking a
Systems/Business Analyst to join the Identity and Access Management
Adoption Team. We are looking for an individual who has a passion
for systems/business analysis, data analysis, requirements
gathering, stakeholder management, and successful delivery. As a
member of the IAM Adoption effort, you will join a team of systems
and business analysts dedicated to strengthening Fidelity's access
ecosystem. In this role you will work in partnership with other
analysts, team leads, and our partners across ECS and the
enterprise to drive successful business adoption of our IAM
platform, strengthen access controls, reduce business, and access
risks, and contribute to the success of cybersecurity at Fidelity.
The Expertise You Have and Skills You Bring
- 5+ years of experience as a systems analyst and/or business
analyst, delivering requirements documentation, process mapping,
and managing stakeholder relationships.
- Experience in cybersecurity and/or access lifecycle management
is a plus.
- Familiarity with IAM and PAM concepts and systems is a plus
(SailPoint, Azure AD, AWS IAM, Okta, CyberArk, HashiCorp, Delinea,
BeyondTrust)
- Strong experience with Excel, SQL, SharePoint, and
Confluence
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent career experience in
Cybersecurity, Information Systems, Business Analytics, Computer
Science, or a related field The Value You Deliver
- Demonstrated ability to swiftly grasp business needs and
challenges, effectively contributing to strategic goals and
enhancing customer success.
- Experience in gathering complex requirements and translating
them to well-defined epics with clear business value and stories
with executable acceptance criteria.
- Strong ability to conduct research and analysis independently,
including applying data-driven insights, constructing complex
diagrams and visualizations, and documenting current and future
states of complex projects.
- Functions as a subject matter expert of team's product(s) and
processes.
- Skilled in managing competing priorities and aligning
deliverables, teams, and partners to achieve successful
outcomes.
- Leads and fosters collaboration with key partners, proactively
sharing information and addressing potential challenges early
on
- Strong presentation and facilitation skills including leading
sessions with technical and non-technical members such as
stakeholders, business partners, team members, and subject matter
experts.
- Creates and maintains documentation including identifying
opportunities for improvement and collaborating with experts and
leaders to guarantee accuracy and completeness.
- Proficient understanding of agile methodologies including
Scrum, Kanban, and Lean principles
- Demonstrates a continuous improvement mentality and shares
expertise with junior analysts.Related Certifications
- Certifications such as CSPO, CSM, IIBA (CCBA, CBAP, POA), and
Cyber or Technical certificates is a plus. Certifications:
