Certified Veterinary Technician Supervisor to help oversee clinic
operations and lead our team of Veterinary Technicians, &

Technician Supervisor, your responsibilities will include:Directing
work flow on the floorCultivate an engaging work environment and
maintain our strong hospital cultureWork cohesively with hospital
management and supervisory teams to aid in the progression of the
hospitalHelp with the interview process for potential new hires and
onboard all new associatesAssists in the educational development of
technicians and their skillsConduct staff meetingsProvide
opportunities for staff to gain more firsthand experienceMentoring
technicians within the departmentResolve conflicts in a
professional and humble mannerRefining and implementing
protocolsEnsure that VCA polices, guidelines, and recommendations
are implemented by all members of the technical staff.Being a
Technician Supervisor means you are a believer in the possibilities
of high-quality veterinary medicine and patient care-with the
expertise and technical know-how to make them happen.Having
mastered the entire range of vet tech skills yourself, you are a
role model for the team. You will work alongside our Veterinarians,
Hospital Manager, and Assistant Manager to provide mentorship,
ensure the hospital runs efficiently and fosters a winning
environment.Qualifications:Credentialed Veterinary Technician- CVT,
LVT, RVT, LVMT (FL CVT Preferred)5+ years of clinical
experienceTeam leadership experiencePassion for Veterinary
MedicineExcellent communication skills, both written and verbalWhy
