Job Description:
A company is looking for a 4 EST HVAC/Plumbing CSR Scheduling
Expert-Fully Remote.
Key Responsibilities
Oversee day-to-day operations, including managing service
appointments and correspondence
Coordinate and dispatch technicians for service calls,
installations, and repairs
Ensure excellent customer service by addressing inquiries and
resolving issues promptly
Required Qualifications, Training, and Education
Experience in dispatching within plumbing, HVAC, or electrical
services
Proficiency in Google Suite, Slack, and dispatching software like
ServiceTitan
Excellent time management skills with the ability to multitask and
prioritize
Familiarity with plumbing/HVAC/service terminology and
processes
High school diploma or equivalent with at least one year of
relevant experience
