A company is looking for a Senior Functional Consultant - BCR
Lead.
Key Responsibilities
Identify detailed requirements scope and conduct stakeholder
analysis
Oversee the BCR team and ensure adherence to best practices during
ISO/BCR implementations
Prepare training materials and conduct user training on BCR
materials
Required Qualifications
5+ years of experience in software implementation delivery
teams
Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Computer Engineering, or a
related field
Experience as a functional consultant or business analyst in system
replacement/integration
P&C Insurance industry experience (Policy, Claims, or Billing)
required
Experience with ISO Bureau Content & Admitted Policy is
essential
