We are seeking a senior level consultant with experienced leading global SAP RISE migrations.

Our ideal candidate will have demonstrated experience in delivering global SAP RISE migrations from concept to implementation (end to end).

You are a highly skilled and confident senior director of SAP support and delivery with proven expertise in global SAP S/4HANA RISE migrations, SAP BASIS support, and AWS architecture, all in a managed services environment. This leadership position demands a hands-on approach to managing the design, implementation, deployment, and optimization of SAP solutions on cloud infrastructure, ensuring alignment with customers' organizational goals, project timelines, and best practices in SAP engineering and AWS cloud migrations.



- Lead SAP Cloud Migration Initiatives: Spearhead SAP S/4HANA RISE migration strategies by leveraging AWS capabilities. Drive end-to-end migration processes, from planning and assessment to execution and post-migration optimization, ensuring minimal disruption to customers' business operations.



- Team Leadership & Development: Mentor and manage a team of SAP engineers, BASIS support managers, architects, and analysts. Foster a collaborative and innovative culture by encouraging professional development and knowledge sharing to keep the team updated on evolving SAP and AWS technologies.



- Stakeholder Collaboration: Collaborate with cross-functional teams, partners, and customer stakeholders to comprehend business needs, translate them into technical requirements, and effectively communicate migration strategies. Act as the primary point of contact for all inquiries regarding SAP cloud migration.



- Experience: At least 10 years of experience working with SAP solutions, including a minimum of 5 years in a leadership role concentrating on SAP S/4HANA migrations and cloud solutions on AWS.
