    • High school diploma or equivalent required.
    • Minimum one year of door-to-door selling experience.
    • Effective communication, negotiation, and problem-solving skills.
    • Self-motivation and ability to work independently.
    • Proficient computer and technical skills to support customer solutions.
    • Reliable personal vehicle (where applicable), valid driver's license, car insurance, and satisfactory driving record.
