Education

A bachelor's or master's degree in engineering, math, or physics

Experience

4+ years of hands-on experience in hardware development.
Knowledge of the use of Smith Chart, circuit boards, semiconductors, measurement equipment, electronic mathematics, and computer modeling.
Able to create technical design documentation.
U.S. citizenship is required for security clearance

Salary - $75,000 - $85,000
Electrical Design Engineer's responsibilities will include researching, designing, developing, testing, and troubleshooting custom communications systems.
Key Duties and Responsibilities:

Research, design, prototype, and ready custom communications electronics for production
Explore new RF electrical hardware and investigate emerging technologies
Develop technical specifications, test plans, and operational documentation in collaboration with technical authors
Collaborate on problem-solving at both team and individual levels
